CHAPTER 7-ORGANIZED PLANNING:
THE CRYSTALLIZATION OF DESIRE
INTO ACTION
“Plan your work for today and every day, then work
your plan.” Margaret Thatcher.
It started with a call to take 6 definite, practical
steps: Fix in your mind on what really you want;
Determine what you will give to get; Set a deadline
for getting it; Create a definite plan and start
following it; Put the plan in a clear written
statement: Read that statement aloud 2 or more time
a day.
Hill throughout this chapter offer tools, ideas,
instructions in leadership, warnings of the causes of
failure, and even a mirror for a personal inventory
of ourselves.
Hill also provides us with formula or causes for the
marketing of ourselves and our services. He states,
“Unless those causes are studied, analyzed, understood
and APPLIED, no man can market his services effectively
and permanently.” The formula is stated AS QQS.
“The quality and the quantity of service rendered, and
the spirit in which it is rendered, determine to a large
extent, the price, and the duration of employment. To
market Personal services effectively, (which means a
permanent market, at a satisfactory price, under pleasant
conditions), one must adopt and follow the “QQS” formula
which means that quality plus quality, plus the proper
spirit of cooperation equals perfect
salesmanship of service. Remember the “QQS” formula but

From the beginning of this journey at Mentoring for Free,
I have found the kind of mastermind Hills describes in this
study. A place where I can bring my plans, a group where
every member is able to receive the advantages and benefit,
they so desire, with regular times are available to meet,
and perfect harmony is maintained.
My plan is simple: One to give a quality of service that
will benefit every participate in this mastermind and
serve each person whom I mentor with a listening ear,
open mind, and fully dedicated spirit. Two to form the
habit of giving a quantity of service to the fullest of
