CHAPTER 13 THE BRAIN: A BROADCASTING AND RECEIVING STATION FOR THOUGHT

The Twelfth Step toward Riches

Before coming to Mentoring For Free, I had never thought of or been introduced to the concept that our brain is a broadcasting and receiving station for thought.

That is an incredible statement in my opinion. I can broadcast my thoughts and my brain will receive communications based on what I have broadcasted.

So I can broadcast communications to others and they can broadcast communications to me. These communications take place as long as we create our broadcasting thoughts at a high state of emotion.

The subconscious part of the brain is the "sending station." I know from other chapters when I say my self-talk with emotion, I will get back "hunches or inspirations." These "hunches or inspirations" lead me in the direction I have said I want to go.

This is why when I talk to clients about The Think and Grow Rich Lessons, I let them know, they can learn how to attract anything and anyone they DESIRE into their life.

Maybe I make it too easy. Maybe I should say, "When You begin learning the 13 Principles Napoleon Hill has in his book, "Think and Grow Rich", You will begin learning how to attract anything and anyone You DESIRE by developing a BURNING DESIRE for it."

Prior to Mentoring For Free, I did not realize we all are at the place, in life, because of what we told ourselves. If we are unsuccessful, we had to tell our self we are unsuccessful. If we are old, we had to have told our self we are old. If we are often sick, we had to have told our self we are sick. Thoughts are things. We create our own reality by what we tell ourselves.

I must tell myself, in my self-talk, what I DESIRE. I must develop a BURNING DESIRE for it, before I can expect to receive that DESIRE. Hill talks about developing a BURNING DESIRE in Chapter 2, Step 1. Hill uses Steps and Principles interchangeably.

Once I have developed a BURNING DESIRE, I must have the FAITH I will get it. NEVER a thought of when or how I will get it, just that I will get it. To develop that FAITH I must learn how to say my self-talk several hundred times daily.

What a relief to know the responsibility is on me to have an open mind, to learn what I have to do to be successful. It's all right here in our lessons. I must post lessons, speak up, participate to be able to develop that BURNING DESIRE and FAITH.  Never participating and speaking up will not work. No excuses.

I am grateful to Linda and Michael for having created this amazing training based on Napoleon Hill's book, Think and Grow Rich. It is brilliant. Each one of us has a roadmap to success, if we are open to doing the work required. Thank You, thank You, thank You Linda and Michael Dlouhy for this brilliance we have here.
