Tuula Rands talks about a top network marketing secret. That is making adjustments when necessary. You can take massive action all day long and think you are accomplishing something. Lets say you are out and about and are talking to ten people per day or doing that activity online as well. Question is are you focusing on the results that get you paid? If not then MAKE adjustments because in this business we do NOT get paid for activities. We get paid for RESULTS. And Vince Lombardi mentions in his book What It Takes To Be Number One is RESULTS. Because without getting results we are NOT a leader.
And prospects can spell incompetency as well as desperation. Neither of those two are pretty. And Tom Big Al Schrieter mentions in one of his book what is the secret to make desperation disappear? That is having a LOT of PROSPECTS because prospects will then beg you to give them your time and you can be selective on whom you take on the team! And another thing prospects are looking for is someone who can teach them skills to get better at what they are doing! They want to be with people who are GOING PLACES!

Chapter 9 - Persistence
Michael Dlouhy reminds us often "How we do anything
is how we do everything" and he also tells us this applies
to all areas of our lives.
We could say this is persistence. We keep doing as the
definition of persistence is "the quality that allows someone
to continue doing something or trying to do something even though
it is difficult or opposed by other people."
So I ask myself, am I persistent in the right things or do
I keep doing some of the things that really don't help in what
I am striving for because it is what I am used to doing,
it has become a habit, I tell myself it will begin to work soon as long as
I keep doing the same thing and/or I am not willing to admit I need
to do something different?"
Anthony J. D'Angelo tells us "Never let your persistence and passion
turn into stubbornness and ignorance."
Persistence is great as long as we recognize when and where it
becomes an advantage or where it becomes a disadvantage.
We need to be persistent in our actions as well as
looking to see what is actually working, what
is not working and recognizing when it is time to change.
According to Denis Waitley "Success is almost totally dependent
upon drive and persistence. The extra energy required to make another
effort or try another approach is the secret of winning."
"The Secret of winning" - that is what we all look for and
in reality Bruce Rauner also tell us what the secret is, it is
"Success is all about persistence and doing the right thing for the long term."
The answer to success is not a magic wand, it is not thinking about
it and it will appear, it is doing the right work, day after day, week after
week, month after month and never quitting.
