Let me tell you that those two quotes above are so true by Napoleon Hill, and I wished that I was given that information back in the day. I remembered I gave my manuscript with my book-cover (that I paid someone to draw for me) to someone that is very famous, so that they could give me some feedback and to write a review. Well, I looked up, and this person came out with a book with my cover and a little variation. I was too out done. Of course, this person had way more money than I, but I didn’t think that this person would ever do such a thing like that. I looked through the book and it’s sad to say some of my concepts were there too. I learned a valuable lesson about talking too much and sharing my plans with others that are seeking opportunities to accumulate money as well.
I also learned everyone that smiles in your face is NOT your friend. They are only seeking information, because I talk too much, and the people only want to take delight in defeating me, because they envy me. I felt that I had nothing to hide, and I always say my life is an open book, but I am learning not to disclose my plans until after I am done.
