This is no mere statement of a theory—it is a fact. PROCRASTINATION, the opposite of DECISION, is a common enemy which practically every man must conquer.
No matter if the relationship is business or personal if it’s a toxic relationship you MUST terminate it!!! If someone isn’t helping you progress they’re helping you digress… Progress is the opposite of digress. Both words have the same root gress, "to step." Progress refers to moving forward, while digress refers to moving sideways or away from the main ending point. Imagine running a race chained to an anchor…you’ll NEVER WIN!!! The anchor represents the toxic relationship. I remember being in a horrible relationship with a woman that did nothing but drag me down…I thought that I could change her way of thinking. That was an impossible task!!! It took a conversation with my dad to actually take a real look at my life…He simply asked me a question. Boy why are you letting a woman drag you down to nothing? Man, that was a slap of reality, right upside the head…I ended that relationship and never looked back.
I’ve made the decision to rid my life of negative people, places, and things…no matter how close the relationship…no one’s going to steal my dreams!!! I’ve made the decision to be great, be the person that does WHATEVER IT TAKES!!!
