Eric Braun describes an mlm secret on ending entitlement mentality. We can't be someone who is driven by give me this give me that. Because that is NOT leadership. And prospects will run!
Tom Big Al Schrieter says to people who complain that their sponsor does not help them by giving them this questions of wisdom. "What can your sponsor do for you that you are not willing to do for yourself?" And "How long will your mourning period be?" That straightens out most of the complainers and causes them to be responsible for their own success and stop blaming others for their failures. This is not only true for business but life in general.
I really got inspired by the lesson of the father who has a boy with no ears! Without the faith of the father, his child was going to be a deaf/mute. He was determined that he was going to hear and speak! Through the experience of overcoming his disability, the boy became greater than his brother! His brother would throw a temper tantrum when he didn't get what he want.
I, too, have a disability, but I don't dwell on it. I've learned to burn my bridges and not dwell on the past. Recalling the past, just eats you up inside and causes ulsers and high blood pressure.
We live in a society of give me, give me, give me! It was wired into our brains as a baby! We need to cut those wires of our brain with a wire cutters and rewire our brain by never stop learning from our mistakes. If we dwell on the past, we become give me, give me, people who insists that because I didn't get what I desired, I'm going to be an alcoholic or a drug addict. I got a raw deal in life, therefore I'm going to self destruct and blame my problems on everybody else. All the while, that people that overcome their problems and not dwell on the past, burn their bridges rise to the top.
Are we going to use this mlm secret to get ahead and stop whining and start winning. Because winners are the one who attract players who want to join them. And they leave the benchwarmers behind. What is your take on it?
