I wake up every day excited. I often have some challenge trying to fall asleep at night, but I find solace in my self-talk. It helps me focus on the task at hand and in a flash, I've fallen asleep and in an instant, it is time to get up. Horrah! I am now refreshed and ready to go, again.
During the day, I sometimes become face-to-face with challenges. No matter my focus or activity, it is easy to find myself diverted from my primary path. Even before my conscious mind realizes that this has happened, my auto-suggestion spontaneously kicks in, and clarity returns.
Before I trained myself, I could find myself buried deep in an abyss of frustration. The negative emotions were always lurking in the shadows, waiting to pounce and blind my mind's eye. The best thing I have ever done. I overwhelmed my torments with a song that sings to my heart.
I planted the most joyful experience, an exuberant celebration with family and friends. My son was so overcome with emotion, when he embraced my wife and I, that we all shook, overcome by tears, laughter and goosebumps. This is my anchor. My self-talk brings that event into the present, and focuses it upon my objectives. I am joyful, attracting and serving, leading clients, loyal customers, and leading reps. into partnership with me, easily and consistently, through education and teamwork.
My sub-conscious echoes this song. It has become the pulse in my veins. Whatever it takes to accomplish this task is being sought after by every sense and etherial vibration. Solutions present themselves before there is a conscious awareness of any challenge. It reminds me that there is always going to be a way.
with gratitude and in service,
