The Fourth Step toward Riches
There are two kinds of knowledge; general and specialized. General knowledge alone will not attract money. It must be organized and intelligently directed through practical PLANS OF ACTION, to a DEFINITE END.
Educational systems fail to organize and teach how to acquire specialized knowledge.
These lessons we post here weekly per napoleon Hill's recommendation in his book, Think and Grow Rich gives us that SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE that we can use in our personal life as well as in our entrepreneurial endeavors.
I was involved in a good example of University knowledge, general knowledge. I took a junior level Math class, Differential Equations. I got an A. When I worked problems correctly, the answer was a very neat 2 or 3 term answer.
When I went to work, I was put in charge of maintaining a very large software program. It was a Kalman Filter, a Differential Equation. I did not recognize it as such. We had professors come in and teach us the details of a Kalman Filter.
When I started a garden, I planted 3 tomato plants in virgin soil. I got one poor excuse for a tomato. I began building up the soil. The next year I had a few more tomato plants and had a bit more success. I found a gardening mentor who had gardened all his life and was a master gardener for 30 year. He helped me tremendously. I had bags of tomatoes, pepper plants, cucumber plants, lettuce, spinach, cabbage and broccoli. After a few years, I developed a wilt that affected most of the plants. I thought I would have to stop planting those plants. My mentor didn't have a solution.
I went on line in early June, 2017 and found a new way of gardening using 5 gallon buckets. I tested them as well as two tomato and two pepper plants and found they weren't affected by this wilt. But this bucket system had some flaws.
I continued my search in You Tube and found another gardening system that has world-wide acceptance and a 32,000 member Facebook group. The two, You Tube channels and the Facebook group have given me a huge harmonious Mastermind Group that provides 10,000s of people with SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE.
Here in Mentoring For Free we have 8 weekly calls that are all a harmonious Mastermind group to get SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE for our personal life and as an entrepreneur.
