Chapter 8 - Decision

Most people make the decision to join a Network Marketing company
but they fail to make the decision to actually build it. 

Being in a business is not necessarily building a business.  We have to
do something besides thinking about it.  Fear is what usually catches a
person after they sign up. They think of all the reasons why it will not work,
what  people will think and what people will say.  They forget why they joined
in the first place and concentrate on the negatives that could happen instead
of remembering the reasons they wanted to change their situation by increasing
their income.

Robert H. Schuller has stated "Never bring the problem solving stage into the
decision making stage. Otherwise, you surrender yourself to the problem rather than the solution."

Amelia Earhart said "The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is
merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do.
You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward."

In order to move from fear and inactivity we have to find those rewards. Some rewards
may be small, some may be big; the reward of knowing you can help someone else with
the product they need; that reward of connecting with the first person who needs and
wants what you have to offer; that reward of signing up that first customer; that reward
of knowing you can help change people’s lives along with your own.

That reward does not come from sitting and hoping and wishing it will happen. 
That reward only comes from doing the work and the greatest reward is the change
we receive within ourselves as we put in the action, do the work and share the vision.

Brian Tracy states "Your decision to be, have and do something out of ordinary
entails facing difficulties that are out of the ordinary as well. Sometimes your greatest
asset is simply your ability to stay with it longer than anyone else." 

Tony Robbins says "Using the power of decision gives you the capacity to get past any
excuse to change any and every part of your life in an instant."

And Michael Dlouhy tells us "How you do anything, is how you do everything."  In other
words how we make our small decisions is how we make our big decisions, and if we 
follow through.
