This is the first sentence in this chapter, and the key to understanding how the SIXTH SENSE

works.  We have all had the SIXTH SENSE work in our lives.  It is already there.  It is a part of

all of us, just like the other 5 senses.  The examples are very abundant in others lessons, (see

especially Rick's lesson) so I won't list them here.  So, if it is already there, why does Hill say

that we need learn the other 12 principles.

Babies are born with all 5 senses.  Now a baby will know if it touches something hot not to

touch it again.  But it will take time, effort, and training before he/she will develop a useful sense

of touch.  The same with the other senses.  In the same way, although we all have SIXTH

SENSE, learning the other 12 principles opens us to the infnite possibillities.  We are now ready

for Infinite Intelligence to communicate with us regularly.   It's like the difference between hearing

an opera in Italian and thinking it sounds beautiful, and understanding Italian and really 

getting the meaning of the writer.
