CHAPTER 13 THE BRAIN-A BROADCASTING
AND RECEIVING STATION FOR THOUGHT
“Through the medium of the ether, in a fashion similar to that
employed by the radio broadcasting principle, every human brain
is capable of picking up vibrations of thought which are being
released by other brains.” Napoleon Hill
Our Creative Imagination is the "receiving set" of the brain,
which receives thoughts, released by the brains of others. It is
the agency of communication between one's conscious, or reasoning
mind, and the four sources from which one may receive thought
stimuli. Furthermore, the subconscious mind is the "sending station"
of the brain, through which vibrations of thought are broadcast.
The Creative Imagination is the "receiving set," through which the
vibrations of thought are picked up from the ether.
The brain is one of the last frontiers, it’s a universe of its own
right and has more neuron connections than visible stars in the sky,
yet strangely enough, less than our guts. We can all agree that
the brain is an important organ that we need to protect because it’s
important to our health and success, but why do we tend to abuse it
so much.
Yes, we can abuse the brain physically but that is not the type of
abuse which harms most people. Most abuse comes from the negative
force or emotions around us. These emotions are the emotions of fear,
jealousy, hatred, revenge, greed, superstition, anger, and let me lack.
Just as bad food will turn a healthy stomach deadly ill, that which feed
the brain will destroy our brain. Most people are living in and dwell
on the negative word and thoughts of the world around them. Letting others
do their thinking for them. Listening to the constant negative news, you
can’t, or you’ll never of family and friend. Even worse the negative
messages we give to ourselves.
The answer: Find a better source, where positive messages are heard. Where
is found healing and encouraging words are spoken. A place where you are
shown how the think and encouraged to think. Change your self-talk to
words which are built on faith in can be.
The actual science of thought transmissions whatever it may be, the truth
is if you wish to receive the power contained in the thoughts of others,
you must condition your mind to receive those ideas. Listening is the
starting point conditioning your mind to receive valuable information
contained in the thoughts of others. Then the need to set aside any
preconceived notions you may have about the topic and listen attentively
and nonjudgmentally to what is being said. Also, to really focus on the
information, not on the speaker, identifying key concepts behind the
speaker’s words. Finally, train your mind to identify and absorb information
that others often miss because their “receivers” are not tuned to the proper
frequency.
