CHAPTER 2 DESIRE THE STARTING POINT OF ALL ACHIEVEMENT
The First Step toward Riches
In this chapter Napoleon Hill continues to give us the "Barnes" example. He
shows us how we MUST think if we are to accomplish the reason we downloaded
Michael Dlouhy's ebook, Success In 10 Steps.
We MUST have a "WHY" that brings us to tears. We MUST complete these 6 Steps in
this Chapter. Step 6 is critical. Printing the results on 4" x 6" cards may be
the easiest and most convenient way to become consistent.
We must develop a BURNING DESIRE. This Chapter is Step 1 of 13.
If you are COACHABLE, I can GUARANTEE your success. So what does COACHABLE mean?
It means; we must use the tool and principles we hear on our training calls.
This will give us skills needed to be successful. Being on the calls and
participating is MANDATORY!
As Michael Dlouhy says, "Become 10 feet tall and bullet proof." Burn your
bridges; make your goal an obsession. Work into your self-talk a few
intermediate goals. As Michael Dlouhy said on the Saturday evening call, last
night, "Think of your intermediate goals as rungs of a ladder." We want to get
to the next rung. CRAFTING our PERFECT self-talk will accomplish that.
I am grateful for Linda and Michael Dlouhy for their persistence to implement
Napoleon Hill's 13 Steps here in Think and Grow Rich Lessons and to have Tom
"Big Al" Schreiter as his mentor. He then developed the BURNING DESIRE necessary
to find people who could help him work toward his goals, like computer
programmers. Thank you, thank you and thank you Linda and Michael.
I am grateful to those who attend our training calls, who are developing their
"WHY" and a BURNING DESIRE. Without them, Mentoring For Free could not have
become as successful as it has. It has helped 1000s and 1000s of people find
success. You help to make each training call a master mind group as Hill
suggests. Thank you, thank you, and thank you to each one of you.
PS: I am so grateful for those who have downloaded my branded version of
Michael's ebook and chosen to be COACHABLE. The two of us form a master mind
group as Hill suggests. Thank you, thank you, and thank you to each one of you.
